About this Event
There is a kind of rest that only happens when women gather with intention.
Not to perform. Not to fix. Not to explain every part of their lives. Just to breathe, soften, listen, and be witnessed in a space where the body can finally exhale.
The Circle was created for women who want to step out of the noise of the week and return to something more honest, grounded, and nourishing. It is for the woman who carries so much, gives so much, and knows there is a part of her that still needs space to be heard.
This is not just a class. It is not just a workshop. It is a weekly practice of returning to yourself, your body, your inner wisdom, and the sacred rhythm of sisterhood.
What This Experience Is
The Circle is a weekly women’s wellness gathering rooted in presence, breath, reflection, somatic restoration, and shared wisdom.
Each gathering offers a warm sanctuary where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and be held in intentional community. The experience may include grounding practices, gentle body awareness, guided reflection, journaling, sacred conversation, and circle sharing.
You do not need prior experience to attend. You do not need to know exactly what to say. You are welcome to participate at the level that feels right for your body and spirit.
This circle exists as a steady place to pause, restore, listen, and reconnect with the part of you that is often quieted by the demands of daily life.
Experience Flow
Arrival & Grounding
You will be welcomed into the Temple Mother Earth sanctuary and invited to settle into the space. This opening time allows you to slow down, breathe, and gently transition from the outside world into a more present state of being.
Opening Circle
We begin by gathering in circle and setting a shared intention for the evening. This creates a respectful and grounded container where each woman can feel welcomed, seen, and held.
Breath & Somatic Restoration
The circle may include gentle breath, stillness, body awareness, or grounding practices to support presence and connection. These practices are simple, accessible, and designed to help you listen to your body without pressure or performance.
Intentional Reflection
You may be guided through reflection prompts, journaling, or quiet inner listening. This is a space to notice what you are carrying, what you are learning, and what your inner wisdom is asking you to honor.
Shared Wisdom & Sisterhood
The heart of the circle is the sacred conversation that becomes possible when women gather in trust. You are invited to share, listen, witness, and receive at your own comfort level.
Closing Integration
We close with grounding, gratitude, and gentle integration so you can leave feeling more connected to yourself, the circle, and the rhythm you are choosing to create in your life.

A Note From Temple Mother Earth
At Temple Mother Earth, we believe sacred space is not only something we enter. It is something we remember within ourselves.
The Circle was created as a weekly place of return for women who need room to breathe, reflect, soften, speak truth, and be witnessed in community. In a world that often asks women to carry so much alone, this gathering offers a different rhythm.
This experience is part of our deeper mission to support embodiment, integration, community, and connection to the God within you. You are welcome here in your fullness, your tenderness, your strength, your silence, your questions, and your becoming.
