Join Dawn Zuidema, owner of A New Dawn Arising, as she guides you through a beautiful melding of sound, active breathwork (not your typical pranayama), Reiki, somatic movement, and poetry. No experience needed.
She holds sacred space for divine remembrance while guiding souls to reconnect to their gifts, align to their highest timeline, and return to their truth.

What you need to know to prepare:
- Come with an open mind
- Dress comfortably in loose clothing, especially near your chest and abdomen
- Refrain from eating for an hour prior
- Avoid alcohol the day of
- Have a journal, water, and anything else that you feel would help you feel comfortable
**RESET® breathwork is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have recently had abdominal surgery, have cardiac issues or severe mental illness.
