You are invited to a song circle and sound bath with me at True Balance Center for Breath & Bodywork. I will teach you a handful of songs about remembering our eternal, whole, and divine nature.
When we remember, we transcend the limitations of the ego - attachment, separateness, lack, and control. Here, we can hold space for fear, sadness, and anger - but not identify with it.
Remembering we are souls having a human experience.
Remembering the I AM ~ who we are beyond the identifications of the mind and ego.
Remembering Oneness within the many forms of life.
All props will be provided.
