The Regulated Nurse was created as a space for healthcare professionals to pause, breathe, and reconnect with calm.
This gentle restorative experience combines guided meditation, mindfulness, nervous system support, and immersive sound to help you move from stress and overwhelm into a greater sense of balance and ease.
No experience is necessary.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
You don't need to share your story.

Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I'm Sue-Ellen
I am a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of experience working within healthcare, supporting patients, families, and healthcare teams through some of life's most challenging moments.
Alongside my nursing career, I have trained extensively in meditation, mindfulness, restorative sound practices, Reiki, and nervous system support.
The Regulated Nurse was born from both professional experience and personal understanding of the pressures healthcare workers face every day.
My mission is simple:
To create safe, supportive spaces where healthcare professionals can pause, recover, and reconnect with themselves.
