The Regina Strong Foundation's 4th Annual 5K Walk/Run is more than a race. It is a morning of remembrance, hope, and community as we celebrate the life and legacy of Regina Miller, whose kindness, strength, and unwavering love for others continue to inspire everything we do.
Now in its fourth year, this event has become a meaningful tradition that brings together families, friends, businesses, and neighbors to honor Regina's legacy while making a positive impact in our community.
Whether you choose to run, walk, or simply join us in support, you become part of something bigger. Together, we celebrate Regina by giving back, lifting others up, and creating opportunities that make a lasting difference.
Your registration includes an official 2026 Regina Strong Foundation 5K T-shirt and a portion of the proceeds will support the 2027 Regina Strong Foundation Scholarship for a graduating senior at South Plainfield High School while also helping fund the Foundation's year-round community initiatives.
The morning will feature music by DJ Luv Is Luv, exciting raffles, sneaker raffles, local food vendors, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and enjoy a day centered on giving back. Whether you're hoping to set a personal record, enjoy a leisurely walk, or simply support a meaningful cause, there is something for everyone.
🎉 Early Bird Special: The first five registrations will receive a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) registration, giving you the opportunity to invite a friend or family member to share in this special event.
Event Details
- Check-in and day-of registration: Gazebo at Spring Lake Park
- Race begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
- A brief welcome and course overview will be provided before the walk/run begins.
- Children ages 12 and under participate free. Please register all participants so we can plan accordingly.
