The Real Leadership Work: Beneath the Surface — Executive Retreat
About this Event
The Real Leadership Work: Beneath the Surface is a four-day executive retreat designed for leaders who are ready to move beyond surface-level development and examine the patterns shaping how they lead under pressure.
Set in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, this intimate experience combines guided leadership development, the Leadership Trail Map™, equine-guided learning, somatic practices, reflection, and coastal experiences. Participants will explore the beliefs, habits, and protective patterns influencing their leadership, then identify more intentional ways to lead with greater clarity, courage, and presence.
Limited to eight executives and senior leaders, the retreat offers space for meaningful reflection, honest conversation, and practical integration. Participants will leave with deeper self-awareness, a personalized leadership focus, and clear next steps for strengthening their impact at work and beyond.
