Our speaker, Jonathan Bombaci, Founder of Candor Realty and Candor Investment Group, brings real experience to this conversation. After transitioning from finance and accounting leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies into real estate full-time in 2019, Jon has helped grow Candor from roughly 30 units to more than 1,100 units across New England.
Candor has evolved into a full-service real estate platform with investment, brokerage, property management, leasing, construction management, and strong vendor partnerships. Most recently, Jon and his team closed a 500-unit multifamily portfolio across Maine, valued at approximately $40 million and spanning more than 80 buildings across multiple markets.
Jon will share lessons from his journey on scaling a real estate business, building the right team, creating operational infrastructure, and moving from being involved in everything to leading a company that can grow beyond one person.
This will be a practical and honest conversation for anyone who wants to think bigger, build smarter, and grow with more intention.
