The Reader's Journey: What Do I Believe?
Meet Me in the Margins
Saturday, September 12
What stories have shaped you? Which words have you carried with you, underlined in your heart long after turning the page?
The second gathering in The Reader's Journey invites us to explore the beliefs, values, and narratives that guide our lives. Through books, annotation, reflection, and meaningful conversation, we'll examine the stories we tell ourselves and consider which ones still serve us and which may be ready for a new chapter.
Together, we'll practice the art of reading between the lines, discovering how literature can help us better understand our own experiences and perspectives.
This gathering is designed for readers of all kinds. No preparation is required, only a willingness to reflect, connect, and share in community.
Your experience includes:
- Guided annotation and reflection activities
- Journaling prompts and discussion questions
- Small-group conversations and shared book recommendations
- A thoughtfully curated literary atmosphere
- A keepsake takeaway provided by Seven Sisters Apothecary
Part of our four-part Reader's Journey series:
Who am I? Archetypes in Literature
What do I believe? Meet Me in the Margins
What am I seeking? Dark Academia & Divination
What sustains me? Stories of Gratitude & Abundance
Join us as we gather in the margins between stories and self-discovery, where books become mirrors, questions are welcomed, and community is cultivated one conversation at a time.
