We begin with The PLAY Method led by India Bailey - a music-driven creative activation designed to open up imagination and expression through movement. Think pilates, yoga, and dance - but more. Expect curated soundscapes, gentle prompts, and a reminder that movement can be creative.

The session then moves into 30 minutes of restorative yoga and somatic movement guided by Robyn Sheen, whose grounding, body-led approach will help you soften, slow down, and tune into what's shifting beneath the surface. Robyn will wind down with a curated sound bath as we whisk away into a moment of stillness.

To close, we invite you into a meditative landing shaped by poet and musician Dan Whitlam, whose reflective spoken word offers a final layer of resonance and release.
