We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, setting intentions for release and inviting clarity. Cacao nurtures the spirit, opening pathways to your innermost truths as we journey under the full moon’s energy.

Ecstatic Dance

Move freely and without judgment in a semi-guided ecstatic dance, using the freedom of movement to release old patterns, awaken authentic expression, and feel what it’s like to be fully embodied. [No dance experience reqauired]

Sound Healing

Let sound guide you inward as soothing frequencies wash over you, dissolving stress and aligning your energy. Under the full moon’s glow, this healing session amplifies release, bringing you into harmony with yourself.

Emotional Alchemy

After opening your heart, communing with mama cacao and flowing with music and pausing the racing mind with sound, I’ll guide you through emotional alchemy—a space for transforming and honoring deep emotions and ways to dance with these emotions and transform them. This practice will help you identify, release, and integrate feelings that arise, leaving you open to your renewed and re-membered self.
