The Raleigh Flute Choir is pleased to announce its fall program, Musical Portraits.
This concert will present a selection of movements from Sigfrid Karg-Elert’s 33 Portraits for Harmonium, arranged for flute choir by our own Thiago Bottega. Karg-Elert wrote each movement of this work in the manner of a different influential composer, leading to a fascinating look at the unique characteristics that define these artists’ styles.
Donations will be accepted at the door.
