The Rainbow Seed Practice

Join Katie Raver, international NLP master trainer and fellow life-long learner for a meditative experience that nourishes your mind, body and soul through the Rainbow Seed practice.

Inspired by the mystic practice of being devoted to Universal Love, this guided visualization takes you on a journey to the heart, a journey into the state of unconditional Love.

This is a generative experience, meaning you will learn how to return to this state of being whenever you wish, so that your healing and expansion can continue in the days, months, years, and decades beyond this special workshop.

This is a deeply restorative meditation experience where you can simply let your mind flow. Then you'll get to practice it again on your own so it's easier to return to after class.

You will have time to reflect and journal. There will be time for discussion too.

Lunch is catered by Goliad Baking Company chef Ric Tinney. Menu: make your own wrap with meat, cheese, and veggie selections; potato salad with bacon and barbecue sauce; grape salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, and mint; chips and dip selections, beverages, home made dessert.
