This workshop will deepen the connection between liberation and caring for self. This time will allow a sense of self in your own space and in your time. Along with others, this four-hour workshop invites you to explore a more complete understanding of “self-care.” One that does not ask you to choose between yourself, your values, and your love of caring for others. Participants will integrate what they already know with what they want to do and develop a plan for how to make that sustainable in the context of their lives.

This session is being offered to people who identify as Queer. This is the first of four offerings in 2025 to support helping professionals, creators, activists, and others to integrate sustainable care in preparation for an uncertain future.
