Join us for an exclusive workshop designed to elevate the mind, body, and spirit through the harmonious fusion of the Five Tibetan Rites, Restorative Yoga, and Reiki Healing. In this transformative 90-minute session, students will embark on a journey of rejuvenation, experiencing the energizing movements of the Five Tibetan Rites to enhance vitality and balance chakras. Guided through Restorative yoga postures supported by props, attendees will release tension and foster profound relaxation. The workshop culminates in Reiki healing experiences, promoting balance and harmony on a subtle level.
Lead by Tina Giaccio, a certified 200hrYTT, Usui Reiki Master I & II, Kundalini, Restorative and Yin certified instructor, whose intention comes crafted with a deep understanding of the transformative power of these practices. She is committed to creating a safe and nurturing space for students ready to radiate their inner light!
