The RACE Yoga Flow

Welcome to The RACE Yoga Flow event!

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga experience at 3590 Old Atlanta Rd Suite 205A, Suwanee, GA 20024. This event is all about finding your flow, connecting with your breath, and embracing the present moment. After running The Race, this will be a perect way to stetch out your muscles.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, this flow is designed to help you release tension, build strength, and cultivate mindfulness.

Get ready to move, breathe, and flow with a community of like-minded individuals. Let's come together to sweat, stretch, and find our inner peace.

Food and Drinks will be provided after class.
