Awaken your inner life with a sacred pause: Yin and Mindfulness Workshops for Women

In this series, you will gather with other women to grow your mindfulness practice (Yin and meditation), receive Dharma teachings, turn inward to build awareness around patterns and stories that are present in your life, develop inner vision, and compassionately come home to yourself. (No prior experience is required.)

Each three-hour workshop includes:

• 60 minutes of a Yin Yoga practice
• 30 minutes of guided meditations
• Personal reflection time
• Sharing circle, with no obligation to speak
• Herbal tea and light snacks

Capacity: 10 women

Each session costs 45€
