One day. Two categories. The same high standards.Back for another year, The Quad is built for athletes who want to test their fitness in a competitive but inclusive environment. Whether you’re stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or you’re an experienced team looking to push the pace, this event delivers.
The Categories
🔹 Mixed Ability – Think Scaled 2 with a touch of S1
Designed for teams who are comfortable with the basics and ready to take on a challenge. Expect movements such as:
✔ Box Jumps
✔ Pull-Ups
✔ Hand-Release Press-Ups
✔ Burpees
✔ Toes to Bar
✔ Handstand Press-Ups (off one ab mat)
✔ Weights: 40/30kg for recycling (we class recycling as sets of 10+ reps)
🔹 Intermediate Ability – Scaled 1 with a hint of RX
A step up in intensity, this category is for teams who have at least two athletes confident with:
✔ Double Unders
✔ Box Jumps
✔ All gymnastics (except Ring Muscle-Ups)
✔ Weights: 60/42.5kg for recycling (sets of 10+ reps)
