It's the best student night in town, with cutting edge live music, the best tunes, the best people, AND cheap tickets.Entering the scene with a BANG is Bath based THE GRAVE DANGER. For those who don't know, this is the Goneos brothers in their new band. Those with a keen eye and memory will remember the riot they produced in Bite The Buffalo, touring the world, a residency at the Viper Room in Hollywood, among other things.
They've shed the past baggage, picked up a drum machine, grabbed the biggest riffs and hit the gas peddle. You've been warned.
Supporting this show is the MIGHTY THE VIVAS!! Their pomp and waltz in their swagger is truly well defined now. Arguably the hottest band we have right now.
Opening the show is Hampshire's The Restless Coast. We've wanted to have Adam Boucher over to play for some time. His new band are BIG sounding, gruff vocals, all self styled awkward punk rock band. Specialising in catchy bangers with lyrics rooted in anxiety and existential dread, served up with a healthy dose of self-deprecation. The world's on fire so why not listen to some uplifting punk rock and get sad all at the same time?
Their track "Wish We Weren't Here" is the ultimate in a 'happy sounding sad track about a break up'. Something we can all relate to.
