She is known as the Straight-Talking Therapist, and her mission is to give people the answers they need to break free from fear, guilt, anxiety and more. She helps people to overcome People Pleasing, Burnout, Imposter Syndrome, Perfectionism and High Functioning Anxiety. She is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with 15 years' experience in the field.
