⭐️"The Producers" is a musical comedy about a down-on-his-luck Broadway producer, Max Bialystock, and his accountant, Leo Bloom, who scheme to produce a guaranteed flop so they can pocket the investors' money when it inevitably closes. However, the show becomes a surprise hit, throwing their plan into chaos. The musical is based on Mel Brooks's 1968 film and features a score and lyrics by Brooks, with a book co-written by Brooks and Thomas Meehan. •PRELIMINARY AUDITIONS: 10/8-10/9, 5:00pm-10:00pm

✨Max Bialystock - A washed-up, scheming Broadway producer. Bombastic, comedic, fast-talking.

Dance Level: Minimal (character movement; comedic timing more important)
✨Leo Bloom - Nervous, mousy accountant who becomes Max’s partner. Strong comedic actor with good physicality.
Age: 20s to 40s

✨Ulla Inga Hansen Benson Yansen Tallen Hallen Svaden Swanson - Swedish actress/secretary with comedic sex appeal. Must be comfortable with physical comedy and dance-heavy scenes.

Vocal Range: Mezzo-Soprano (belt and strong mix)
Dance Level: Strong (featured dances; must be a confident mover)
✨Franz Liebkind - Eccentric, pigeon-loving ex-Nazi who wrote Springtime for Hitler. Strong comedic character actor.

Vocal Range: Baritone
Dance Level: Minimal
✨Roger De Bris - Flamboyant, diva-like director. Great comedic timing, comfortable with camp humor.
Age: 30s-60s
Vocal Range: Baritone/Tenor (sings in falsetto at times)

✨Carmen Ghia - Roger’s assistant and partner. Very flamboyant and snarky. Physical comedy and strong presence.
