We invite you to an enchanting concert, singing the most magical music in all of the land. 

Prepare for a show stopping performance as we pay tribute to the iconic, heartwarming and nostalgic songs from animations including; Frozen, Wicked, K-Pop Demon Hunters, Moana, The Wizard of Oz, Beauty & The Beast, Anastasia, Pocahontas, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory and more! As well as a few from our favourite popstars like Taylor Swift, Coldplay and Rachel Platte.

With an incredible response and sold-out shows across the country, we know this show will stay in your hearts forever. Creating magical memories, sharing stunning musical moments, and spreading joy is at the very heart of what we do.

The stars of our show have performed on the West End, ITV, for Royalty, and more, but their dreams have truly come true touring this concert and performing for you.

The advised age limit for this event is 3+. Under-2's do not require a seat if sat on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the show.

1. Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness, COVID, or any other reason?

Unfortunately, according to our policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry. Please note that contracting COVID or any other illness does not qualify for a refund.

2. I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email. How can I find it?

In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at [email protected]

3. Can my tickets be transferred to another event?

If there is availability, ticket transfers are possible. Please contact us at In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance. However, if the event is sold out, we cannot accommodate a transfer as there are no available spaces left.

4. Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

5. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?

We do not have a waiting list. However, you can check for resale tickets on Twickets, an official fan-to-fan ticket resale platform.

6. Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees?

Yes, we provide a free Personal Assistance ticket for registered disabled individuals upon receiving supporting documents such as PIP or Access Card. Please contact us at infofor assistance.

7. Is the venue accessible?

Our events take place in various locations across the UK. Please check the venue's website for information on accessibility.

8. I purchased an Access ticket. Where is the ticket for my Carer?

The Access ticket already includes an entry for your Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people.

9. Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code for the event. Costumes / fancy dress are more than welcome.
