HOW TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT:

Registration is a TWO-STEP process.

FIRST - ALL Attendees must book an appointment!

Registration provides us with the opportunity to contact you regarding any upcoming events, as well as providing us with emergency contact information.

Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email that will contain your ticket to be admitted. The email will also contain the link to complete the waiver in case you have not had a chance to complete one through the link below.

SECOND - EVERYONE MUST COMPLETE a waiver. If the attendee is under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver for them. Attendees 18 years or older must complete the waiver themself.

NOTE: As space is limited, we reserve the right to limit the number of persons in our boutique at any given hour. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult 18 years or older, and stollers are limited to the front dest area.

Methods of Payment:

We accept 'cashless' payments of - debit or credit cards. If you pay with 'cash', please be aware that we will ‘NOT’ have any cash on hand to provide change.

Dressing Room Information:

As there may be several shoppers trying on dresses at the same time, and because we have a limited number of dressing rooms available, please expect to share a dressing room with others. Although please let any one of our PPSV volunteers know if you have any specific accommodation needs.

We may also limit the number of dresses per dressing room visit to give everyone the opportunity to access the dressing rooms.

To streamline the changing process, we suggest wearing slip-on shoes, and, sport bra/bike shorts, or a swimsuit under your clothes. Please also limit your personal items (backpacks, large purses, etc.) as we do not have a location to keep them safe.

Please note, we will not allow any food, snacks, or beverages (except water) in the dress area to avoid damage to the dresses.

We have a beautiful photo backdrop where you can strike a pose and take as many photos as you like! Although we do NOT allow anyone to take photos while inside the dressing rooms when others are changing and trying on dresses.

Exchanges OR Returns:

We want everyone to SPARKLE and SHINE for their event! Please be confident with your purchases, because there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
