The Princess Party

Please read to the bottom. There is lots of useful information that you WILL need when booked.
This is a premium event, everyone attending requires a ticket over the age of one. Babies under 1 are free to attend our event when 2 full price tickets are purchased.

The baby will not have an allocated seat, they will also not be provided with refreshments.

Come and enjoy an interactive event, full of singing, dancing and making memories! Meet our beautiful princesses in our incredible venue, capture the most special moments, whilst your little one meets their idols! What to expect

You and your child will enjoy a red carpet entrance leading you in to our beautiful princess ballroom.

You will be greeted by our horseman who will provided you with face jewels and escorted to your seats.

There you will find opulent tables, sashed chairs and grand table decorations.

The event will begin promptly with the princesses making a musical entrance, dancing and singing whilst your little ones look on in aw🫢

Our princesses will invite the children to the dance floor to dance, to be sung to and to sing along to their favourite songs

There will then be some time for you to take one on one photos with our princesses.

Lunch
We will then break for a rest and everyone will be seated for afternoon tea, presented on traditional tiered cake stands.

Our offerings is a selection of ham, cheese and raspberry smooth jam sandwiches on white fluffy bread, accompanied with a sausage roll, crisps, princess cupcake and a princess biscuit.

The vegetarian offering is a selection of egg mayonnaise, cheese and raspberry smooth jam sandwiches on white fluffy bread, accompanied bya cheese and onion roll (sausage roll equivalent), crisps, cupcake and a princess biscuit.

Both options come with limitless orange squash or water in little wine glasses. Tea and coffee is also included in your ticket.

There is also a fully stocked bar for you to purchase chargable drinks.

If you require the vegetarian option. your requests must be in 2 weeks before the event.

Food Safety Notice

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that our products are allergy free, therefore we cannot cater for anyone with an allergy. - if you require further information please drop me an email.

Whilst you relax having lunch, the princesses will roam and talk freely with the children getting to know all their dreams and wishes!

Once tummies are full, the children will then be invited back to the dance floor for more fun with the princesses.

We will be concluding with a special dance for you and your little one.

The princesses will sing their finale tunes and wave farewell.

The pièce de résistance!

Your little one will have the opportunity to have a special individual photo, sat on our magnificent throne, against a truly spectacular backdrop surrounded by all the princesses together. This is a chargeable service, photo packages will be advertised on the day.

Booking

First name for all of your party on the booking

Please make sure all first names of attendees are on the booking where requested. This is so we can make up the place cards.
If you are booking separate but wish to sit with another party, please inform me as soon as you making the booking. We will make every effort for you to sit together however cannot be guaranteed, to avoid disappointment book together.

Parking
You will drive down a long lane through the golf course. On your left hand side will be the venue, Hatfeild Hall. The car park it just passed Hatfeild Hall to the right.

Arrival

The doors open half an hour prior to the event starting. please arrive leaving lots of time to get seated and comfortable. The princesses will come out promptly.

Late arrivals will have to wait until the end of the first act before entering
Safety Notice

Please note that the event and venue staff including the entertainers are not responsible for supervising the children. This is an unsupervised event meaning, all children must be supervised by their responsible adult at all times.

Prams

Prams will not be allowed in the function room, they ,must be left in the foyer.

Any personal belongings left in the foyer will be left at your own risk.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage we or the venue are not responsible.

We will be taking photographs throughout the event, please if you wish for your child’s face to be shown on our social media, let me know prior to the event!

Our event is non refundable/non transferable.
