The Pride Break
About this Event
Welcome to The Pride Break!
During Pride, most of us are in endurance-mode. The parties, the parade, the noise ... it’s designed to be extraordinary and it's intended to be a lot.
Sometimes a lot is the opposite of what you need.
This year, we’re offering three hours of the opposite during Pride: a room of 30 gay men, led by Brian Spitulnik, LMSW (a gay therapist) and Dr. Tyler Jean (a holistic health & human performance specialist), focused on one thing: being fully present with yourself and with each other.
Brian will lead group work, teaching real skills in real time — connection, grounding, recognizing and releasing defenses. After a break for snacks and real conversation, Tyler will lead somatic breathwork, allowing you to come fully into your bodies.
This is not a workshop. This is not a lecture. This is a genuine practice space where you get to slow down, show up as you are, and do the work of being truly seen.
If you’re looking for a real break from the chaos of Pride, this is it.
