Go beyond the flow.

Join Porto Yoga Club's intimate weeknight practice in the peaceful surroundings of Jardim d'Arca d'Água.

Designed to complement our Sunday Community Flows, The Practice Lab offers a slower-paced, small-group experience where we explore movement, alignment, breathwork, yoga philosophy, and mindful practice in greater depth. There is space to ask questions, refine your practice, and connect with others in a welcoming environment.

Suitable for all levels.

Contribution
€12 drop-in
€10 per class when committing to the Practice Lab series.
