The Power of the Youth Gala

Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Power of the Youth Gala, presented by Tariq Malik, on April 13th, starting at 6 PM till Late. This event will bring together the vibrant energy of the youth and adults with the strength and traditions of the Bangladeshi community. Our goal is to celebrate the incredible achievements of young individuals, ages 16-30, who are actively shaping our community and society. The evening will reflect our culture and heritage while empowering the next generation to take a more active role in community-building. We warmly encourage both youth and adults from the Bangladeshi community to join us for this event, as we work together to foster growth, celebrate achievements, and build a stronger sense of belonging.

This event will serve as a platform for youth and adults to engage with their peers and mentors, share their perspectives, and deepen their sense of belonging within the Bangladeshi and broader communities. Through keynote speakers, including community leaders, and vibrant performances such as dancing, singing, live music, and spoken word, we will showcase the incredible talent and passion of young people.

We will also honour and recognize Bangladeshi youth who have demonstrated outstanding engagement and leadership at this event. With diverse performances, food, and engaging activities, the Power of the Youth Gala is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all backgrounds, communities, and identities. Everyone is welcome!

Dress code: Formal attire. Please dress to impress and do not show up in casual attire (jeans, sandals, t-shirt, etc.)

If you are between the ages of 16-30 and are Bangladeshi, we want to celebrate your accomplishments! Whether you’ve demonstrated outstanding leadership, community service, or excellence in any field, this is your chance to be recognized.
