Inspired by Brené Brown's now-iconic TED Talk, that first night set the tone for everything The Exchange would become. Now, as we celebrate our 100th Exchange, we're coming full circle.

Join us as we revisit the conversation that started it all, but with the wisdom of a decade, hundreds of stories, and a fresh perspective inspired by the book Revealing. Together, we'll explore why so many of us spend our lives hiding parts of ourselves—and what becomes possible when we stop.
