About this Event

GUEST SPEKER: Traci Tyus
TOPIC: The Power of the Pivot: Turning What’s Now into What’s Next
WHERE: Irma Jean’s Restaurant: 2109 Charbonier Rd. Florissant, MO 63031
WHEN: Wednesday November 19, 2025 – 11:30AM-1:00PM CST

Traci N. Tyus is a strategist, facilitator, and leadership development expert who believes every season of change holds the potential for growth. With more than 25 years of experience advancing people, programs, and performance, Traci has built a career helping others bring clarity to complexity and turn vision into execution.

During her rewarding and accomplished career with AT&T, Traci led enterprise programs that strengthened leadership pipelines, improved engagement, and advanced operational alignment across global teams. Today, as Managing Principal of The Copia Collective, a People & Operations Strategy consultancy, she partners with mission-driven leaders and organizations to design strategies, experiences, and cultures that empower people and elevate impact.

Her professional journey reflects the very theme of her presentation, The Power of the Pivot: Turning What’s Now into What’s Next. After decades in corporate leadership, Traci embraced a new chapter that allowed her to merge strategy with service — helping others lead through transition with intention, courage, and confidence.

Traci earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Florida A&M University (FAMU). An uber-proud and supportive alumna, she is a Life Member of the FAMU National Alumni Association and continues to champion opportunities that connect education, leadership, and community impact.

She also serves on the Board of Directors for Delta Economic Development Corporation, is Illinois State Secretary for the Midwest Region of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is a member of the 2025–26 Leadership St. Louis cohort. Through every endeavor, she remains passionate about equipping leaders to grow with purpose and create impact that lasts.

Change is inevitable — how we navigate it defines our growth. This empowering session explores how to approach seasons of transition with strategy, courage, and clarity. Through real-world insights and a practical framework — Pause. Pivot. Plan. — attendees will discover how to reframe change as an opportunity for alignment, renewal, and impact.

Attendees will learn how to:

Reframe change as an opportunity for growth and alignment.

Apply the Pause. Pivot. Plan. framework to move forward with intention.

Build clarity and confidence to turn what’s now into what’s next.
