The Power of the Pause: a self-care workshop for Givers

The Power of the Pause is a 4-hour in-person continuing education workshop for therapists, healthcare providers, and creative professionals who need time and space to rest, reconnect, and renew.

Led by licensed therapist and Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist Rayni Leigh Collins, this workshop blends Brainspotting (Gaze Spotting) and Authentic Movement to help you regulate your nervous system, explore somatic self-care, and gain new clinical tools that support both you and your clients.
