In this session we explore the Fifth and Sixth Blessings, focusing on:

Building on the previous sessions, we'll explore how concentration, understanding, feeling, love and intention can help us become more conscious channels for spiritual energy.
The session includes:
- Selected teachings from Dr. George King's lectures
- Exploration of the key words and concepts within the prayers
- Guidance on developing deeper concentration
- Practical work with feeling and visualisation
- Guided prayer focused on gratitude and healing
The aim is not simply to say the words, but to understand them, feel them and consciously direct the energy they invoke.
