About the Retreat
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be silent for a period of time? Don’t think it’s possible? Challenge yourself to discover the real freedom to be found in a calm and quiet mind. On this retreat, give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the stillness and peace that meditation and silence brings. Be guided through simple meditation that refresh and rejuvenate the mind. During the day you will have the opportunity to partake in a variety of mind calming activities as well as Holistic healing and support therapies. Allow the energy of Archangels, Reiki, Crystals and Flowers alongside our spirit guides and Angels to offer us support while we experience our unique journey in to self discovery, healing connection and growth.
While the silence offers us a beautiful space to explore.
