The session will be led by educational consultant, author and trainer, Emma Spiers and will aim to give attendees practical implementation tips on choosing and creating sensory stories, recommendations for age-related stories, how to take a consistent storytelling approach and how to nurture a love of reading by bringing books to life for all learners. Emma will explore how sensory stories relate to brain-based learning theory and support attendees to cultivate a reading culture that meets the needs of every reader.
There will also be the opportunity to access a simple bank of sensory stories right away, and top tips from professionals who have achieved success with sensory stories.

This webinar is delivered by Emma Spiers, The Learning Lady, an acclaimed educational consultant, author, and trainer specializing in Preschool Phonics and Early Language Development. Since 2012, she has inspired schools and practitioners with her engaging and child-centred approach. Emma's impact extends to writing award-winning resources like "Super Sounds" and contributing insightful articles to the Early Years Sector. As a governor for a Special School and a former Early Years Ofsted inspector, she brings a wealth of experience.
