This REALTOR® Safety Month, we’re taking safety off the checklist and onto the mat.
Join Women’s Council of REALTORS® Coastal South Carolina for The Power of Protection—a hands-on experience designed to help REALTORS® build greater awareness, stronger personal boundaries, and practical safety skills they can carry into their business and everyday lives.
As REALTORS®, we spend our days opening doors—but knowing how to protect ourselves while doing it matters, too. Our work often means meeting people for the first time, showing properties, hosting open houses, and working independently in a variety of environments. REALTOR® Safety Month is an opportunity to be intentional about the other side of doing business: our own personal safety.
Hosted at Gracie Barra Charleston and led by a certified Jiu-Jitsu instructor, you’ll get hands-on with practical self-defense techniques while learning how to strengthen your situational awareness, establish personal boundaries, and make safety a more intentional part of the way you do business.
No Jiu-Jitsu or self-defense experience is needed—just come ready to learn, move, practice, and have some fun!
Registration:
The first 25 Women’s Council members attend FREE, compliments of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Coastal South Carolina!
After the first 25 complimentary spots, member registration is $35. Non-member registration is $35.
Lunch will be provided.
IMPORTANT: Participation in the hands-on portion of this event requires two Gracie Barra waivers to be completed prior to the day of the event. Please use the link below to complete the required waivers in advance.
