<h4>We are thrilled to begin Thanksgiving week with this inspiring community program.
Chris Herren returns to Scituate to share his honest and personal story from growing up in Fall River to a basketball career in the NBA. He will take the audience on his journey from teenage experimentation to serious substance use disorder to recovery. His presentation will cover themes of gateway drugs, prescription drug use, drinking, vaping and personal insights on how to change the way we look at the disease of addiction from the Last Day to the First Day.

- Content is geared to adults and youth (middle school and up)
- Registration is required
- Open to the Scituate/SPS community through Nov. 1st
- Registration will be open to the public on Nov. 2
- Free pizza dinner provided by the Friends of Scituate FACTS from 6:00pm in the SHS Cafeteria
- Speaking program starts at 6:30pm in the PAC
- Q&A, resources and break-out groups to follow
