Individually tailored coaching sessions with high-performing coach, Senara Caddy, British Equestrian UKCC Level 4 Coach, MSc in Professional Sports Coaching, BHS Accredited Senior Coach and a wealth of experience as a rider, coach, groom and horse owner.Addressing the fundamentals of training to improve rider and horse performance.
Focusing on the building blocks that are at the core of any top-performing horse and rider.
Horse strength, posture, suppleness and straightness with the use of flat exercises and poles.
Ideal for horses that require building muscle and strength.
Horses that are rehabbing are most welcome, but this will require an open conversation between Senara and your current Equine Physio.
Rider posture, stability, straightness and fitness. Taking into consideration the rider's own confirmation, ability and any physical disabilities from old injuries, etc. A great opportunity to build on skills, self-belief and confidence.
PVT sessions or a maximum of 2 in a group.
PVT - £40
Group of 2 - £25 each
The arena fee is included in the price.
All riders must complete a rider form before attending.
Full payment confirms the booking.
72-hour cancellation policy applies.
All riders must wear a current safety standard helmet.
Body protectors are optional.
