• Persuasive Communication Techniques – Words, tone, and framing. Practice verbal and

non-verbal communication strategies that inspire action. Learn framing techniques, tone control, and storytelling methods to persuade effectively.

• Negotiation Frameworks & Styles – Distributive vs. integrative approaches. Understand

different negotiation frameworks and when to apply them. Gain hands-on experience with

distributive (win-lose) and integrative (win-win) styles.

• Handling Objections & Resistance – Turning no into yes. Develop skills to anticipate objections and respond constructively. Learn to reframe resistance into opportunities for alignment and collaboration.

• Creating Win-Win Deals – Collaborative negotiation strategies. Explore strategies to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Learn how to identify shared interests and expand the value of deals for all parties involved.
