For the past ten years, my partner and I have been on a shared spiritual journey. We’ve explored countless practices, searching for ways to use our relationship as a catalyst for personal and spiritual growth. We’ve tried so many things—but now we see that there is only one thing our practice truly needs to focus on: love.
It might sound simple, but trust me—it’s not. Because you can fake love. And there are countless ways to do that—hiding behind roles, seeking validation, mistaking attachment for love. To truly embody love, you must clear yourself of old patterns, fears, and conditioned ways of relating. And that is one of the most challenging things you can do.
But if you feel ready, I will show you how.
It’s easy to feel spiritually aligned when you’re alone or outside of deep connection, but the true test of your growth is revealed in your relationships. Love has a way of exposing what is unresolved within us—our fears, our defenses, our deepest wounds. As the saying goes: “Your relationships reveal your true level of growth.”
