Hands-on adjustments can radically enhance a yoga students experience. They can be used to help a student find better alignment in a pose, help a student find greater depth, or can simply act as a nice transfer of energy between teacher and student. In this 8 hour course we will cover a variety of hands-on adjustments for asana. We will cover when to use them and when not to use them. Why we use them, how they can enhance a students practice, and how to safely put our hands on students without causing injury or discomfort to the student.
