Together, we will explore not just what we’re thankful for, but how to find meaning and light even in life’s messy, uncomfortable moments.
You’ll receive a guided Gratitude Worksheet designed to help you:
💜 Build simple, daily gratitude habits
💜 Reflect on the people and moments that matter most
💜 Be honest about what feels hard — and learn how to see the good that can come from it
💜 Revisit these reflections months later to see how your perspective has grown
You don’t need to bring a thing — I’ll have everything ready, including pens, worksheets, and thank-you cards for everyone. 💌
