This weekend workshop will introduce the profound practice known as Focusing. Put simply it involves bringing a compassionate presence to the body and listening. Once learnt, this practice becomes a way of being that can help with many dimensions of life: Understanding our emotions and triggers, making intuitive decisions, finding perspective and insight, accessing our deeper values and wisdom and more. The body knows more than we think!Over the two days, through gentle experiential explorations, paired practice, solo reflection and group discussion, we will learn the essentials of Focusing, enabling you to continue practicing with others and further learning through British Focusing Association trainings.

You get easily overwhelmed by thoughts and feelings
You sense you live too much in your head and would like to be more at home in your body
