In this 90-minute experiential workshop, we’ll explore the practice of pranayama, the yogic science of breath. This session is designed for both beginners and those who already have some familiarity with breathwork and want to deepen their understanding.
Together we will:
• Learn the foundations of conscious breathing
• Explore gentle movements that prepare the body for breath practices
• Practice up to three different pranayama techniques that support relaxation, clarity, and nervous system regulation
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use anytime you need to reset, refocus, or restore balance.
