Red-tail Land Conservancy’s award-winning Growing Home™ program encourages individuals and organizations in east central Indiana to transform their yards, gardens or other outdoor areas into places that support wildlife. Participants can have their outdoor space certified as a healthy habitat by local botanical specialists, and join a network of pocket nature preserves that support our local wildlife.
Mentorship office hours are for you if:
- you want to wild your landscape, but don’t know where to start
- have already started rewilding, but have questions about specific plants, beds or areas in your yard or habitat
- are looking for free native seeds to add to your landscape
- want to help package seeds for others
No registration is required. Just stop by the office at 125 East Charles Street, Suite 200 on Thursdays, 1-3pm during June and July. Can’t make it to the office? Calls also welcome at 765-288-2587.
