The Leo Solar Eclipse invites us into themes of courage, authenticity, creativity, and heart-centered expression.

This beginner friendly breathwork is an opportunity to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been hidden, silenced, or waiting to be expressed. Through conscious breath and embodied practices, we will explore what it means to take up space, trust yourself, and move forward with greater alignment.

During this experience, you will be guided to:
