The Polruan Shuffle returns on Sat 1st March 2025! – 12.5 miles of scenic Coast path along the south coast of Cornwall from Looe to Polruan, 1 feed station part way at Talland Bay, 5 hour cut off, rumour has it there are some hills and steps…
(Stage 1 of The Saints & Smugglers 100 Mile Challenge)
The Saints & Smugglers 100 Mile Challenge is back in 2025.
4 unique, self-navigation stages on 4 different dates culminating in the legendary Saints & Smugglers 100 Mile Challenge.
Sign up for one or take the plunge and commit to all 4 in order to complete the 100 Mile challenge!
Stage 2 – 27th April 2025, The Smugglers Way – 37 Miles, Coast to Coast, straight across Cornwall via Brown Willy on Bodmin Moor. 4 Check points along the way, 13.5 hour cut off.
Stage3 – 7th June 2025, The Boscastle Scramble – 26.2 Miles along the North Cornwall Coast path from Rock to Boscastle! 3 checkpoints along the way, with some hefty up & downs and a 9 hour cut off time!
Stage 4 – 6th September 2025, The Saints Way Challenge, 28.5 miles, Padstow to Fowey, straight across the County following the ancient Saints Way Trail. 10.5 hour cut off.
There is an optional extra cost for mini bus transport on all stages (please book at the same time as you book your challenge entry).
All 4 events are supported, self-navigation exercises with manned checkpoints with fluid and sustenance along the route. All runners will receive a Saints & Smugglers stage medal for each stage they complete, those completing the 100 Mile challenge will receive a unique 100 Mile challenge race tee in addition.
Plus we will have awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male & Female on each stage, top twenty male & finishers earn series championship points and we have awards for the top 3 male & female series champions!
There will be a mandatory kit list for runners to carry on all 4 stages and competitors will be subject to a kit check prior to the start of the stage. All stages will be timed, runners will be issued with a gps tracker prior to the start of each event and be required to check in at the start, checkpoints and the finish.
The minimum age for all stages is 18 years.
