About this Event
At The Policy Project, we believe in doing real good for real people by harnessing the power of policy, community, and philanthropy.
In just a few short years, we’ve proven this model works. Together, we’ve:
- Provided free period products in every Utah school, reaching 324,600 students annually
- Built Teen Centers in 86 high schools across the state, giving 87,200 students access by 2025
- Expanded child sexual abuse prevention education to every K–6 classroom, helping 347,000 elementary students annually
- Limited cell phone distraction in classrooms, benefiting 667,800 students annually
- Expanded access to free lunch, providing 40,000 students with free lunch every year
And we’re just getting started. Next, we’re tackling bold policy solutions to expand childcare, housing, and other critical supports for Utah’s working families.
