ALL ABOARD!Back by popular demand... The Polar Express Train Ride rolls out of St. Louis Union Station beginning Friday, November 15th and continues with daily excursions to the North Pole through December 30, 2024!
This year we’ll be celebrating the story's 20th Anniversary and each First Class and Premium Rider will receive a commemorative 20th Anniversary Mug!
DESTINATION: North Pole!
Trains will run at 4:30, 6:00, 7:15 and *8:30 p.m. daily. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Onboard the trains, riders will be served hot chocolate and cookies, sing Christmas carols, listen to the Polar Express story, and receive the first gift of Christmas (a silver bell) from Santa himself!
Golden Tickets, Hotel Packages, AND Pancakes with Santa will go on sale MONDAY, AUGUST 5TH AT 9AM! But, if you’re a member of Santa’s email list, you might be able to purchase early! If you’re not a part of the list, join by July 31st! (!! Join the email list here: www.stlpolarexpressride.com)
Coach: Tickets begin at $40. Seats are forward-facing. Coach Cars are Silver Bells, Glacier Gulch and Grand Rapids.
First Class: Tickets begin at $53. Only sold in quantities of 4. Includes a souvenir mug and a digital photo download. The North Pole Train Car has a large dining table in between seats. The other train cars - Flat Top Tunnel, Northern Lights, and Caribou Crossing - have a small fold down table in between seats.
Premium Lower Lounge: $100 per ticket. This unique seating arrangement includes soft, comfy chairs (Silver Chalet) or couches (Santa's Sleigh). Includes a souvenir mug, a digital photo download and a Polar Express Retail Coupon. Only sold in quantities of 4. These cars are Santa's Sleigh and Silver Chalet.
Premium Dome: $120 per ticket. Table Top Seating. Includes a souvenir mug, digital photo download and a Polar Express Retail Coupon. This special train features an all-glass roof with a 360-degree view! Only sold in quantities of 4. These cars are Santa's Sleigh and Silver Chalet.
*8:30 p.m. train available on Fridays and Saturdays, plus December 13 - December 24.
**Sensory Friendly performances will be held on Monday 11/25 and Tuesday 11/26. Please book the “Northern Lights" or "Grand Rapids” train cars.
**Northern Lights and Caribou Crossing are ADA Accessible train cars. Caribou Crossing has two sets of Wheelchair + Companion seats available. Northern Lights has one Wheelchair spot. Both trains can be accessed via stairs OR ramp.
***Tickets the week after Christmas begin at $40.
