Ci orienteremo alla relazione con lo spazio e con i corpi a partire dalla spina dorsale, osservandone l’architettura, la funzione e il comportamento. Ricercheremo la relazione che la spina ha con il resto del corpo negli aspetti biomeccanici, anatomici e somatici, individuando modi per sostenere la nostra danza a favore di un movimento efficiente. Considereremo modelli diversi per ampliare la visione e l’esperienza percettiva del nostro corpo. L’archivio dell’axis syllabus©️ la ricerca somatica e material for the spine informeranno il corpo nella gestione del peso sia in relazione all’energia cinetica che al contatto, nella nella caduta e nel volo.
Il workshop si articolerà in momenti di solo, bodywork e contact improvisation.

We will focus on the relationship with space and bodies starting from the spine, observing its architecture, function and behavior. We will research the relationship that the spine has with the rest of the body in biomechanical, anatomical and somatic aspects, identifying ways to support our dance in favor of efficient movement. We will consider different models to broaden the vision and perceptual experience of our body. The axis syllabus©️ archive, somatic research and material for the spine will inform the body in weight management both in relation to kinetic energy and contact, in falling and flying.
The workshop will be divided into moments of solo, bodywork and contact improvisation.
