At The Playhouse, you can expect to be a part of a curated embodiment practice where we explore our connection to our temple in community. Not only will you have fun with the music and dance selections, but you will explore what it means to have access to and EXPRESS the Divine Feminine within.

Classes include:

• An affirming meditation session
• 1 choreographed dance routine
• Closing sisterhood circle
• Journaling/Reflection

Please Note: This workshop is a body-forward; judgement free zone. It is a requirement to come to class with an open heart and an open mind. Please use your best judgement if this class is right for you. Anyone who does not align with this principal during session will be asked to leave without a refund.
