Gilbert and Sullivan’s beloved Pirates of Penzance are docking in Brisbane!Join the band of bumbling buccaneers, fleet-footed police, Victorian maidens, the rabble-rousing Pirate King, and the tongue-twisting Major-General for a shipload of musical comedy whose delightful harmonies and humour will steal your heart away!
Following the great success of Jersey Boys earlier this year and their previous concert productions of The Wizard of Oz and Singin’ in the Rain, Prospero Arts are thrilled to present what many consider to be one of the funniest musicals of all-time. This brand-new, semi-staged, concert production of the crowd-pleasing classic, directed by the acclaimed Stuart Maunder, will sail into the QPAC Concert Hall this December.
