The Pinnacle: Stamford Kappas 50th Weekend 2026

Net proceeds will benefit youth mentoring, scholarship, and community service programs sponsored by The Stamford (CT) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and the Stamford Alumni Diamond Foundation.

The four-day celebration will honor five decades of brotherhood, service, and community impact. Signature events include a Divine Nine Celebratory Happy Hour, St. Jude’s Golf Tournament, Worship with the Nupes, and the 14th Annual Achievement Gala at the Stamford Hilton — a black-tie affair featuring live music, fine dining, and scholarship presentations.

“Fifty years of service is both a moment of reflection and a charge for the future,” said Polemarch Rashad Ford. “This celebration honors our legacy of mentorship, scholarships, and service — and sets the tone for the next 50 years.”

Since its chartering in 1976, the Stamford Alumni Chapter has awarded more than $250,000 in scholarships to local students through the Stamford Alumni Diamond Foundation, including $25,000 in 2025 alone. In addition, the chapter has led programs addressing food insecurity, supported local schools, and sustained the Stamford Kappa League, a youth leadership program for boys in grades 6–12. Event Chair Michael Kelly emphasized the importance of recognizing those who made this milestone possible: “Our success rests on the shoulders of brothers, partners, and community members whose generosity and commitment helped us reach this summit.”
